This study aims to examine consumer satisfaction with the products and services of Kopi Lelet John Lasem, located in Lasem District, Rembang Regency. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach as its primary method. Both primary and secondary data were used. The research location and respondents were selected purposively, yielding a total of 75 respondents. Data were analyzed using Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA) and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Based on the obtained CSI value of 72%, consumer satisfaction with Kopi Lelet John Lasem’s products and services is classified as satisfactory. Therefore, Kopi Lelet John Lasem is expected to continuously improve the quality of its coffee beverages to meet consumer expectations. The findings propose three main approaches through which the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) can play a significant role in enhancing coffee shop services: (1) building awareness of service quality in coffee shops; (2) developing a positive self-image toward consumers; and (3) engaging with the coffee shop’s personality. This study also discusses the implications of the proposed findings and provides directions for future research.
