Archiving Policy

The International Conference on Community Engagement for Sustainability (ICoCES-2026) is committed to ensuring the long-term availability and accessibility of its academic outputs. All accepted papers published in the official conference proceedings will be archived and maintained by the conference organizer as part of the institutional publication record.

The conference proceedings, program information, and related publication documents may be stored in the official conference website, institutional repository, or other designated digital platforms managed by Universitas Wahid Hasyim. This archiving practice is intended to preserve scholarly works, support academic transparency, and enable future access for authors, readers, researchers, and relevant stakeholders.

Authors are encouraged to retain their own copies of the final published papers and may deposit them in their institutional or personal repositories, provided that proper citation to the official conference proceedings is included. Any archived version must not misrepresent the original publication status or alter the academic content of the published work.

ICoCES-2026 will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to archived materials; however, changes in website structure, platform migration, or technical maintenance may affect the location or format of access. In such cases, the conference organizer may provide alternative access or updated information when available.
