Open Access Policy

ICoCES-2026 supports the principle of open access to academic knowledge. All accepted papers published in the conference proceedings will be made openly accessible to readers without subscription or access charges.

This policy is intended to encourage the broad dissemination of research findings, best practices, and community engagement initiatives related to sustainability. Through open access, ICoCES-2026 aims to support knowledge sharing among scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and communities at local, national, and international levels.
