Copyright Policy

Authors who submit and publish their papers in the International Conference on Community Engagement for Sustainability (ICoCES-2026) retain the copyright of their work. By submitting a paper to the conference, authors grant ICoCES-2026 the right of first publication and permission to publish, reproduce, and disseminate the accepted paper through the official conference proceedings.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted work is original, does not infringe upon the rights of others, and has not been previously published in the same form elsewhere. Any use of copyrighted materials, including figures, tables, or substantial text from other sources, must be properly cited and permitted by the original copyright holder when required.
