Universal Business and Management Review (UBMAR) provides immediate open access to all published content, based on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

All articles published in UBMAR are freely accessible online without subscription, registration, or payment. Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles without prior permission from the publisher or authors, provided that proper attribution is given.

The journal does not impose any embargo period. All accepted articles are made available immediately upon publication.
